A Modified Richard Winett Routine for me

All are single Set Exercises. Starting from Friday the 28th.

Influenced by Clarance Bass, Richard Winett, and my Uncle I have a few points here:-

Multiple Sets don't have any additional Benefits, so single sets are better for recovery.
I have noted that Bench Press when done for more than one set causes a lot of shoulder irritation, same may happen to others, so i prefer single sets now. Always err on the side of safety and avoid the potential of injury.
Instead of multiple sets, I'll use 3 exercises for 1 set each to failure, Adding enthusiasm.
Each person's bio-mechanics are different, no one knows which exercise will help an individual and which won't. Example: Squat may help me, but DL may help someone else. So, the key is to experiment, but how much experimentation can you do, and can you afford the time wasted? No.
Exercise each Body part only once a week.
So hit the muscles from all the productive exercises possible and see the results.
All Exercises are taken to failure or at least close to failure.
